Designed by Italian Cup Tasters Championship, Sauro Dall’Aglio and manufactured by ASSO Design in Italy, the BIT tamper is a unique tamping system specifically engineered to enhance the flavor and extraction of espresso. Developed in conjunction with the BoB and Renato filter baskets, the 58.6mm tapered tamping surface ensures a perfectly smooth and even tamp for reduced channeling and smoother in the cup flavor.

While the BIT tamper can be used with ay 58mm filter basket, this tamper is part of an extraction system and performs best when paired with a BoB or Renato filter basket.
