All of our Italian imported coffees are nitrogen flushed to preserve peak freshness and flavor. As long as the sealed bags are stored in a cool and dry environment, out of direct sunlight, the coffee will taste as fresh on day 1 as day 500. At just two espresso a day, each bag will barely last a month!
