Return Policy

Pasquini Coffee Co. stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your espresso machine or grinder, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • items must be unused, and in original packaging;
  • returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee;
  • returns and exchanges must be shipped at customer’s expense;
  • shipping charges are non-refundable;
  • no refunds or exchanges on parts;
  • no refunds or exchanges on perishable items.
