Return Policy

Pasquini Coffee Co. stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• items must be unused, and in original packaging;
• returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee;
• returns and exchanges must be shipped at customer’s expense;
• shipping charges are non-refundable;
• no refunds or exchanges on parts;
• no refunds or exchanges on perishable items.
