Pasquini Coffee Co. stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your espresso machine or grinder, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- items must be unused, and in original packaging;
- returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee;
- returns and exchanges must be shipped at customer’s expense;
- shipping charges are non-refundable;
- no refunds or exchanges on parts;
- no refunds or exchanges on perishable items.
