Conical Burrs
Compared to a flat burr grinder, the conical burrs in the Mazzer Kony S Electronic allow for a much lower RPM without sacrificing grinding speed. This lower RPM provides less heat and retains better aromatics and flavor from the coffee beans.

With three programable dose settings (up to 0.01 second accuracy) and a manual override option, the Mazzer Kony S Electronic is the perfect pairing for automatic and manual espresso machines alike.

Removable Top Adjuster
The Mazzer Kony S Electronic features a removable adjuster that makes cleaning/burr swaps a breeze. In addition the burr removable does not affect the grind setting so after cleaning the grind adjustment is right where you left it.

Stepless Adjustment
The Kony S Electronic comes with a beautifully crafted metal adjustment collar with clear and easy to read markings for a perfect grind. The Kony S Electronic has no preset notches or indents for true stepless adjustment and has a locking screw to prevent unwanted movement.

Hands Free Dosing
The Mazzer Kony S Electronic has an adjustable metal holder which can accommodate every portafilter on the market for hands free operation.

Clean and Clump Free
The diffuser wire kit (multiple diffusers are included in the box for perfect consistency with any coffee type) on the Kony S Electronic drastically reduces overspray and results in a pillow like texture that ensures perfect coffee distribution even without the use of WDT tools.

Shop with confidence! Our Pasquini Performance Warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair any defects incurred in manufacturing, or due to failure under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover the below:
- User error and lack of cleaning. Every grinder should be manually cleaned once a year and to ensure even better usage, Pasquini recommends to use Urnex Grindz on a regular basis.
- Wear and tear parts. Just like brake pads and tires, some parts just wear out from regular use before the warranty expires. These include parts like grinder burrs or clump crushers. Check out our blog post for at home service videos or submit a support ticket for detailed maintenance questions.
- Shipping expenses or travel to Pasquini. While we are happy to ship your repaired machine back to you for free, you will have to get the machine to us first. This can be expensive so we always recommend to buy local when possible.
