The Bezzera/Pasquini laser cut shower screen is machined from one piece of stainless steel and Nanotec coated. The precision drilling and Nanotec coating provide even water distribution and reduce coffee oil build up leading to a better and more even espresso extraction compared to a standard wire shower screen. Another benefit of the one piece design is its durability, since coffee cannot ingrain in the wires, this screen is much easier to clean and can be used for years at a time before neeing to be replaced; compared to a traditional wire screen which should be replaced at least once a year.
