Warranty for Residential Equipment:

Duration of warranty - Warranty duration varies between manufacturers and between new and Pre-Loved equipment.

 Pasquini Coffee Co. offers a limited warranty on all residential espresso equipment sold. For a complete list of which items are considered residential equipment, email info@pasquini.com

To receive warranty support on your equipment through Pasquini Coffee Co., you must provide proof of purchase in the form of your original order number. For orders placed online or over the phone, this information would have been emailed to you at order confirmation and also referenced on the packing slip. For purchases made in our retail store location, this information is on the original sales receipt that you received at purchase. 

Pasquini Coffee Co. warranties are non-transferable.

What's Covered?

The warranty covers parts and labor required to repair the machine and any mechanical or electrical components (including, but not limited to, control boards, pumps, boilers, wiring, brew groups, hoses, or motors) from defect or failure under normal use conditions. The warranty includes free return shipping to any location within the continental US. Customer must pay to ship the machine to our repair center if necessary.

What isn't Covered?

Warranty troubleshooting and repair does not apply to the following:

Any defect arising from the misuse of the machine, including but not limited to:

Normal wear and tear on the machine, including but not limited to:

Regular maintenance, including but not limited to:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/military addresses or outside of the US is not covered by the warranty; in these cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

Who Do I Contact for Warranty Services?

To initiate warranty service, we will need your equipment's original order number, located on your packing slip or original sales receipt, as applicable.

Please note that we will primarily troubleshoot the issue over the phone, so contacting us when you are in front of the machine and able to perform basic actions is important. If we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone, you will be provided information on how to deliver your machine to our repair center.

Do not send your equipment to us for repair without contacting us first to diagnose and setup an authorization. All equipment shipped without a valid authorization are subject to refusal at our warehouse.

How Long Will it Take for a Warranty Repair?

Once we receive your machine in our repair center, we commit to repairing and returning your machine to you within 30 business days.


If you are purchasing a different coffee than you have previously tried, your grinder may need adjusting in order to dial in optimal extraction during brewing. We strongly advise trying the smallest available size of any coffee variety before purchasing multi-packs or bulk quantities, as taste is subject to individual preference.

Coffee is a grocery product and is not eligible for return.




Orders, Returns & Exchanges


To cancel an order you must contact us immediately. Orders that have been shipped already are no longer viable for cancellation. Once you receive your order you must follow the return/exchange procedures.


Orders stopped in transit are subject to a minimum fee of $25. Not all orders shipped are viable candidates for this option. Stopping orders in transit are subject to UPS and USPS guidelines and stipulations.


Some products that are Out of Stock are available for purchase before they have been restocked OR have recently gone out of stock. If one of the items on your order is Out of Stock you will receive a follow up email to update you with a general timeline as to when you can expect that item to ship out. Most items that are Out of Stock will become available on the website once we have received the updated inventory count.

Pre-sale items are typically Espresso Machines and Grinders. These items have a flexible arrival date as they are subject to transit and US Customs variables. Pre-sale items are noted as such in the product description and are updated regularly as arrival time becomes solidified.


Our Return Policy is 14 days from purchase and is only applicable to Espresso Machine, Grinders, some Parts and Accessories. Home machines and grinders are subject to restocking fees.

Electrical parts such as CPU boards are non-returnable.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For health and safety, all Coffee and Grocery Items (such as syrups, teas or other food products) are non-returnable, regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened.

All electronic parts (such as CPU boards) are non-returnable. If you have questions regarding a part or are unsure of whether you are ordering the correct part, please email us: info@pasquini.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the above requirements for return eligibility and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are no exceptions to this policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Orders that qualify for a return must be shipped or brought into our location at the cost of the customer. Pasquini does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions for covered cost of return shipping are ONLY for orders fulfilled in error or items damaged in shipping.


Returning an item without alerting us, comes at a great risk. Returns require an RMA. Items received that are ineligible for a return will not be issued a credit and items that are eligible for return run the risk of not receiving a credit.




Questions on Shipping


Usually, we ship products within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.

We make every effort to ship orders placed prior to 11:00AM PST on the same business day, but we cannot guarantee this.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipments placed and processed prior to 11:00AM PST on normal business days (Monday-Friday) will ship same-day unless otherwise indicated at time of purchase. Espresso machines purchased with expedited shipping are still subject to bench testing requirements. This may take 1-2 business days.

Note: Next-Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day, and other expedited deliveries are subject to UPS Policies and Guidelines. Due to processing and bench-testing requirements, espresso machines may not ship the same day. Refurbished espresso machines may take up to 7-10 business days to ship out due to our processing and bench-testing standard requirements.


Our website ships to the United States only. We do not accept orders for international shipping currently.


All orders placed within the Continental US and are over $50 will qualify for free shipping. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.


Pasquini ships exclusively with UPS ground. We are a small business and simply do not have the high volume that would qualify us for cheaper shipping rates that can compete with Amazon/Ebay/etc.

However, Pasquini is committed to finding the best way to ship for the benefit of our customers and are currently working on ways to provide improved shipping rates. We do not mark up shipping rates, the price quoted is what is provided to us by UPS. 

New! If your order is over $25 and you are in the continental US your order now qualifies for a flat-rate fee of $6.50 for ground shipping

We also highly recommend waiting to order items in bulk to meet the $50 minimum for free shipping. This is both friendly for the environment and your wallet.


Pasquini ships exclusively with UPS and once an order has left our warehouse it is under the responsibility of UPS. Orders that have been placed under UPS ground OR as free shipping are estimated by UPS and the tracking number will report an estimate of a delivery date.

If you are ordering during a Natural Disaster or during the Holiday Season, please be aware that your transit time may be affected. This includes expedited shipments. Please visit the UPS website for further details.


Pasquini Coffee Co. ships Monday-Friday, during normal business hours. Usually, we ship products during this time period placed prior to 11:00AM PST.

Espresso machines purchased with expedited shipping are still subject to bench testing requirements. This may take 1-2 business days.

Note: Next-Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day, and other expedited deliveries are subject to UPS Policies and Guidelines. Due to processing and bench-testing requirements, espresso machines may not ship the same day. UPS usually delivers Monday-Friday, unless Saturday shipping is selected in the expedited process.


Pasquini Coffee Co. ships Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Usually, we ship products within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order was placed.

Due to processing and bench-testing requirements, espresso machines may not ship the same day. Refurbished espresso machines may take up to 7-10 business days to ship out due to our processing and bench-testing standard requirements.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. At that point, your package is under the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking number indicated that it has been delivered and you have not received your item, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to begin a claim. The receiver of the item must begin the claim.




Damaged, Missing, or Defective Merchandise


Please take great care when opening received packages. Using a blades to open coffee orders may result in slicing open coffee bags without the intention to.

If you have received an Espresso Machine with any dents, cracked knobs, scratching or any other permanent physical damage, please contact us immediately. This sort of can happen during shipping and will require a claim with UPS.


Pasquini Coffee Co. provides tracking information for all shipped orders. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received the package please contact the carrier directly. The receiver of a shipment must initiate a claim.

Please note, once your package has left our warehouse, it is within the responsibility of the carrier it is being transported with.

If you have not received an email confirming your shipment, your order may not have left our facility. Pasquini Coffee Co. ships Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Usually, we ship products within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order is placed. If you have an item missing from your order please contact us immediately. You will need your order number for reference. We will remedy this situation as quickly as possible. The fulfillment of the missing item will be shipped in the same shipping method that it was originally ordered with.




Repairs, Warranty & Service


Warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Pasquini Coffee Co. Any merchandise purchased from a third party are not covered by Pasquini and warranty claims must be directed to the seller of the product. 

All new espresso machines and grinders are covered 2 years from the original ship date listed on the invoice or 2 years from the original purchase date with proof of purchase. This warranty covers all parts and labor that relates to defects in manufacturing and assembly.

The warranty does not cover issues that are preventable with regular maintenance and care, accidental damages, or shipping to Pasquini Coffee Co. Wear and tear items such as but not limited to: group gasket, steam/water gaskets, and burrs, are not covered under warranty.  Pasquini Coffee Co. will not replace an item with a new unit until we have first attempted to fix the defective item. If the item is not repairable, then Pasquini Coffee Co. will replace your defective unit with the same or newer model. 

Warranty is voided if you attempt to repair your machine without the authorization of Pasquini Coffee Co. 

Calcium damage will void all warranty on an espresso machine, please make sure you have soft water before using any machine or purchase a water softener from us prior to use. 

Most warranty related issues can be solved with technical phone support from a technician, please allow Pasquini Coffee Co. the opportunity to resolve your claim over the phone before sending the product in under warranty. Any item sent in for a warranty claim will be subject to a diagnostic fee of $49.00 if the issue is determined to not be warranty related. 

As part of the warranty fulfillment, the repaired item is shipped back to your home at a flat rate of $25.00.

Pasquini Coffee Co. does not offer warranty for ANY spare parts sold directly to the end user unless a certified Pasquini technician instals the part. Purchasing spare parts is at the discretion of the customer and Pasquini Coffee Co. does not recommend working on your own machine unless you have technical training or are being instructed by a trained professional. 


Pasquini Coffee Co. does not sell your personal information and data to third party providers. Pasquini does not store any customer data on site and uses a secure remote data center for all customer information.
