Premium Material and Build Quality
The Mazzer Omega is machined in Florence Italy by in the same factory as Mazzer produces their professional grade grinders. The Mazzer Omega is fully CNC'd from aluminum and features a magnetic carbon fiber grinding handle for a fit and finish that is a clear cut above its competitors.

Micro-click Adjustment or Quick Adjustment
Available in 2 options, the Omega or Omega X. The Omega X features an 11 micron adjustment mechanism with 3 full rotations of adjustment. This allows for the ultimate precision but can take longer to dial in or switch settings. The Omega has a 33 micron adjustment mechanism with only 1.5 rotations of adjustment allowing for easier and faster dial in and switching.

Removable/Magnetic Grinding Handle
Made of Carbon Fiber, the Mazzer Omega has a removable grinding handle that attaches to the side of the canister for compact storage or travel.

Multiple Burr Choices (198C Fast or 199C Soft)
Not all burrs are created equal and Mazzer manufactures the worlds best quality burrs in their own factory. With two options, the 198C Fast provides a much quicker grind but requires substantially more grinding effort to turn the lever. The 199C Soft on the other hand is far easier to turn but take longer to grind. Both options deliver the same quality of grind and flavor profile so it comes down to personal preference.

Tool Free Cleaning and Easy Burr Swap
The Mazzer Omega is able to be fully disassembled by hand for cleaning and due to its unique adjustment design, you do not loose your grind setting after cleaning.

Shop with confidence! Our Pasquini Performance Warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair any defects incurred in manufacturing, or due to failure under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover the below:
- User error and lack of cleaning. Every grinder should be manually cleaned once a year and to ensure even better usage, Pasquini recommends to use Urnex Grindz on a regular basis.
- Wear and tear parts. Just like brake pads and tires, some parts just wear out from regular use before the warranty expires. These include parts like grinder burrs or clump crushers. Check out our blog post for at home service videos or submit a support ticket for detailed maintenance questions.
- Shipping expenses or travel to Pasquini. While we are happy to ship your repaired machine back to you for free, you will have to get the machine to us first. This can be expensive so we always recommend to buy local when possible.
