Electronic Pressure Profiling
Pressure profiling on the Rocket R nine One allows for complete brew pressure control at all times during espresso extraction. Whether you want straight 9 bar or start low (2-3 bar) and work your way up, the manual actuator lever will allow for complete control over the espresso shot at all times for an absolutely perfect shot.

Profile Programming
Unlike other profiling machines, the Rocket's electronic pressure profiling allows the user to save any shot to a recipe or create multiple recipes from scratch to allow for one touch perfectly profiled shots every time.
