  The Mazzer Philos has the ability to swap between stepped and stepless grind adjustment allowing the grinder to match each baristas preference with ease.

  The Mazzer Philos is constructed to the same standards as their full size commercial grinders and is machined completely in house in their Venice, Italy factory.

• Stainless Steel Burrs (I189D)

  Not all burrs are created equal and Mazzer manufactures the worlds best quality burrs in their own factory. The Philos I189D burrset is an evolution of the Mazzer Mini burr and is designed to deliver a smooth flavor with a balanced mouthfeel. These burrs are ideal for medium to dark roast coffee and enhance the natural chocolate and nutty flavors. 

• Tool Free Cleaning and Easy Burr Swap

  The Mazzer Philos front housing comes off with tool free lock-rings which allows for easy access to change the burrs and clean the grind chamber all without affecting the grind setting.
