Overview
The Slayer Steam Single packs all the features of the full size Slayer Steam LP (and adds a few extra!) and distills them into a countertop friendly package. The Steam Single retains the low pressure pre-brew valve and LP shot recording so you can effortlessly save and recreate that perfect shot. Now equipped with barista lights and a built in Acaia Lunar tray, the Slayer Steam Single is the perfect machine for both amateur and professional baristas.
Key Features
-
True Pre-Infusion
Unlike most machines on the market that masquerade pre-wetting as pre-infusion, the Slayer Steam Single has true pre-infusion. Equipped with a secondary brew circuit, the Slayer Steam Single has the ability to provide up to 10 seconds of low pressure pre and post infusion via the brew paddle. This can then be saved for future shots with the LP record and playback feature.
-
LP Record and Playback
Just like it's full size Steam LP, the Slayer Steam Single allows the user to pull their perfect shot in manual mode and once the shot is complete, you can save and record that exact shot profile to replicate it at
-
Saturated Boiler
With a fully saturated dual boiler system, the brewing temperature on the Slayer Steam Single is impeccably consistent for repeatable shots day in and day out.
-
Intuitive UI
Using a simple tactile scroll wheel, the Slayer Steam Single is easy to operate and all adjustments can be made on the fly through the built in display. No clunky app download needed to make espresso or change brew temps!
-
Plumb In Compatible
The Steam Single comes out of the box with a built in water tank and catch pan but can be converted to water line if needed making it perfect for catering carts and pop-up events. If you plumb in the Steam Single, we highly recommend pairing the machine with a dedicated water softener such as the Vivreau Purity C Quell ST.
-
Stainless Steel Boilers
Welded in the USA, the Slayer Steam Single uses high grade stainless steel boilers for both steam and espresso and metal/copper pipes throughout, there are no plastic water lines to be found inside of this machine.

The Pasquini Difference.
Shop with confidence! Our Pasquini Performance Warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair any defects incurred in manufacturing, or due to failure under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover the below:
- Damage from calcium. Read our water usage guide and grab a test kit to ensure your water is safe.
- User error and lack of cleaning. Make sure to back flush at least every two week if not more. Grab some cleaning tablets and watch our tutorial on how to properly clean your machine.
- Wear and tear parts. Just like brake pads and tires, some parts just wear out from regular use before the warranty expires. These include parts like gaskets, vacuum valves, and o-rings. Check out our blog post for at home service videos or submit a support ticket for detailed maintenance questions.
- Shipping expenses or travel to Pasquini. While we are happy to ship your repaired machine back to you for free, you will have to get the machine to us first. This can be expensive so we always recommend to buy local when possible.
