Overview
A revised version of the standard Botticelli, the Botticelli Specialty comes with Joystick valves and a preinstalled flow control kit. Along with the two revisions, the La Pavoni Botticelli Specialty is equipped with dual power circuits to independently power on the steam and/or coffee boiler for enhanced energy savings. The dual independent PID controls allow for precise temperature regulation of both the brewing temperature and steam pressure.

E61 w/ Flow Control
Compared to the standard Botticelli, the Botticelli Specialty has the flow control kit pre-installed for a more precise brewing experience out of the box. The flow control kit allows he professional E61 grouphead to regulate the water flow rate for enhanced flavor and extraction.

Independent Dual Boilers
Equipped with two fully independent, PID controlled heating circuits, the La Pavoni Botticelli provides precision thermal stability and enhanced energy savings.

Commercial Grade Rotary Pump
Equipped with a commercial grade rotary pump, the Botticelli provides consistent and stable bar pressure for every shot. The pump is user adjustable with an external dial.

Plumb-In ready
Included in the box, the Botticelli comes with everything needed to convert the machine to direct plumb by the end user. Pasquini always recommends the Vivreau filter system for any plumbed in machines.

Dual Manometer
Equipped with a separate brew and boiler gauge, the large dials on the Botticelli make it easy to monitor your machine and extraction at a glance.

Insulated Steam Wand
The Botticelli is equipped with an insulated cold touch steam wand to prevent unwanted burns and make cleaning easier.

Joystick Steam/Water Actuators
The Botticelli Specialty comes with joystick actuators as opposed to the turn dial on the regular mode. Besides aesthetics, the joystick actuators are spring loaded allowing for quicker actuation and shut off. Along with faster activation speed, joystick valves cannot be overtightened like a turn style valve which increases long term durability and gasket performance.

Shop with confidence! Our Pasquini Performance Warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair any defects incurred in manufacturing, or due to failure under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover the below:
- Damage from calcium. Read our water usage guide and grab a test kit to ensure your water is safe.
- User error and lack of cleaning. Make sure to back flush at least every two week if not more. Grab some cleaning tablets and watch our tutorial on how to properly clean your machine.
- Wear and tear parts. Just like brake pads and tires, some parts just wear out from regular use before the warranty expires. These include parts like gaskets, vacuum valves, and o-rings. Check out our blog post for at home service videos or submit a support ticket for detailed maintenance questions.
- Shipping expenses or travel to Pasquini. While we are happy to ship your repaired machine back to you for free, you will have to get the machine to us first. This can be expensive so we always recommend to buy local when possible.
