Pasquini SpiraFlow Group Head with TrueTemp PID

-
Shot Timer and Barista Lights
The Livia GP Automatic is equipped with a shot timer on the front of the machine and has barista lights to illuminate the cup tray allow for optimal workflow and ease of use.
-
Independent Stainless Steel Boiler
The Livia GP is a dual boiler espresso machine and as a result, the stainless steel steam boiler can be set to the optimal pressure to deliver perfect steaming performance and produce excellent microfoam without any negative impact on espresso quality.
-
Quick Turn Commercial Grade Steam/Water Valves
While most residential turn knobs require multiple full rotations to open, the Livia GP uses commercially rated steam/water valves that go from fully closed to fully open in just a quarter turn. This makes for better ergonomics, improved workflow, and increased reliability.
-
Quick Heat Group Head
No more waiting 10-25 minutes, the Livia GP's SpiraFlow group head utilizes a powerful heating element that warms up in about 3 minutes so you can have perfect espresso at a moments notice.
-
Dual Power Switches
The benefit of a dual boiler machine is that it does not require the steam boiler heat to make espresso. The Livia GP has two separate power switches so you can flip on the group head for a quick shot of espresso or turn on the steam boiler if you need it but the choice is yours.
-
Side-loading Water Tank
The Livia GP's side loading water tank keeps countertops in mind, allowing easy fill access even under a low cabinet. Since there is no water tank lid, the cup warmer tray spans the entire top of the machine.

Pasquini Performance Warranty
To get the most from your new espresso machine, make sure to register your machine's warranty before usage.
While our warranty covers any defects in build quality or assembly of a machine, there are some easy to prevent issues that are not covered that we recommend reviewing to ensure you have the best possible experience from day one.
- Damage from calcium. Read our water usage guide and grab a test kit to ensure your water is safe.
- User error and lack of cleaning. Make sure to back flush at least every two week if not more. Grab some cleaning tablets and watch our tutorial on how to properly clean your machine.
- Wear and tear parts. Just like brake pads and tires, some parts just wear out from regular use before the warranty expires. These include parts like gaskets, vacuum valves, and o-rings. Check out our blog post for at home service videos or submit a support ticket for detailed maintenance questions.
- Shipping expenses or travel to Pasquini. While we are happy to ship your repaired machine back to you for free, you will have to get the machine to us first. This can be expensive so we always recommend to buy local when possible.
